Dear Mr. Motley,

Thank you! The moving team of Tony W., Lee, and Craig, were courteous, professional, efficient, and kind when they moved our office furniture.

We called you with a few hours notice and were in a tremendous bind. Another company we had contracted for the labor was only able to send one individual to help. We had a van which was loaded with furniture which had to be returned by 9:30 a.m. the next morning.

You sent a wonderful crew of three who stopped by two separate locations and then unloaded both their moving van and our moving van in under two hours. We made our return deadline for the other van.

Something in particular which impressed us about the moving crew was that each individual came in, looked us in the eyes, and introduced themselves over a handshake. Having taught customer service training for five years, I can tell you that this simple gesture creates a wonderful impression. We placed our trust in these individuals and were rewarded with excellent service.

To Whom it may concern,

I would be remiss if I didn't write and let you know how pleasant our recent experience with your company was. I had to fly down from Michigan to help my daughter move from her apartment in Newport News.

The two gentlemen who helped us were professional in their duties, and personable in their manners. They are to be highly commended.

My husband worked for an Allied agent in Michigan for years moving households so I understand first hand how demanding their job can be. They never for one instance failed to perform to my complete satisfaction.
